Crafted from combinations of birch - walnut each pook is all about contrast and character. They have a double coat of OSMO food-grade hard wax oil based on natural vegetable oils and waxes making them more resistant to water but they still prefer being washed by hand and not in the dishwasher.
In an interview conducted recently, pooks declared that they have no food preferences and have neither allergies nor are they intolerant to anything. This makes them perfect for any occasion, be it a cheese and charcuterie night or the regular cutting of an onion job.
