About Funmi
Funmi is a ceramic artist based in Stockholm. While reconnecting with her creativity, she fell in love with the tactile and meditative process of turning clay into a unique object. She makes objects for everyday use that she hopes will inspire a sense of presence, play, and connection.
She creates functional tableware and homeware with stoneware clay, using a pottery wheel and handbuilding techniques. Her work is inspired by everyday rituals, nature, organic forms, art, design, and other things that spark joy.
