This long cardigan is handknitted in pink and apricot from an exclusive blend of 73% mohair, 22% wool, and 5% polyamide. Its name comes from the Swedish word svepa, meaning to wrap or envelop – a perfect description of how it feels when worn. The long-fiber brushed yarn creates ultra-light, airy, and fluffy pieces that are soft and gentle on the skin – ideal for cozy autumn layers.

Care Instructions

As a natural material, the wool stretches slightly with wear. To care for this cardigan, it’s best to avoid washing and simply air it out. If washing is absolutely necessary, hand wash gently and lay flat to dry. Avoid direct heat.

This mohair yarn sheds a lot at first! You can reduce shedding by placing the cardigan in the freezer – or simply wear it, wear it, wear it. Over time, it will shed less and become your perfectly broken-in favorite.
