About Nova
I have always been encouraged to create and explore my creativity. I became drawn to painting and watercolors in middle school as a way to relax and shift my focus onto something else. I found comfort and joy in creating whatever I wanted and felt in the moment. Repeating patterns, focusing on details, and choosing colors that complemented each other became a meditative process.
My paintings are usually abstract, guided by color choices, shapes, and mood. I mostly work with watercolor but enjoy experimenting and exploring different techniques. Today, painting gives me a moment of calm, energy, and happiness. I hope my paintings can bring a little more color into an otherwise dull day and evoke the same emotions in you as I feel when creating them.
